Description

Hans Ditzel smokes mackerel, eel, salmon and natural pure sea salt harvested by hand, in his traditional wooden smoking boxes.

If you want to see the fish smoker in action, or buy a warm smoked fish, the smoker is open on Monday - Friday from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Hans  also gives workshops in which he teaches the tricks    of fish smoking, and the little snacks you can make from smoked fish, and of course he has plenty of excellent stories to tell.
