BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout where you build up your flexibility and strength as well as getting the feeling of peace and tranquillity.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, movements and positions accompanied by music will create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Just like all other programmes by Les Mills BODYBALANCE changes choreography and music every three months.
